Working in a collaborative, teambased model, the Counselor works with selected students to implement individuallesson and behavioral plans. Work is performed using a systems approach thatfollows the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and other evidence-basedteaching methods. All work is performed safely, effectively,to the highest ethical standards, and in accordance with regulatory andaccrediting standards and St. Joseph’sVilla’s mission, values, and guiding principles.
