This position works under the direction and supervision of the classroom teacher in the Sarah Dooley Center for Autism serving children with a variety of special needs. Working in a collaborative, team based model, and using a systems approach that utilizes the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and other evidence-based teaching methods.  The Instructional Assistant works with Special Education Teacher to implement individual academic and behavioral plans. Under the direction of the 23 Hour CRC Program Director, the Peer Recovery Support Professional serves as a resource to clients admitted to the 23 Hour CRC.
