St. Joseph’s Villa is expanding services and will soon be opening a Crisis Receiving Center that will be Central Virginia’s first emergency room alternative for youth experiencing mental health crises.

Now Hiring For:

• Licensed Practical Nurses work with youth and families receiving crisis stabilization services including health assessments and community linkages in collaboration with the Crisis Team.
• Registered Nurses provide integrated care consisting of psychiatric treatment and medication management for youth in crisis. LPNs will monitor health conditions of clients and ensure services are delivered with the highest quality.
• Clinicians conduct rapid assessments, interventions and effectively determine the next appropriate level of care. Clinicians are responsible for maintaining client documentation, providing clinical summaries and developing individualized service plans.
• Parent Support Specialists serve as a resource to clients by playing a key role in helping individuals identify problem-solving strategies and ensure all client needs are met within the CRC.
